KG was contracted as the overall project manager for the development of the North Village at Sparta Town Center Project.  The infrastructure comprised over 80 acres, almost 2 miles of road, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, natural gas, potable water, electric and data/CTV and a sewer treatment plant.  Pad development sites were delivered for over 100,000 SF of development, 96 single family homes, 60 residential condominium units and 30 duplex apartments (60 units).  KG managed construction for the portion of the retail which was delivered to Starbucks, Verizon Wireless, Jersey Mike’s, Pearl Vision, Trinity Rehab, F45 Fitness, Pizza One, Pure Bar fitness and Bubbakoos.  KG also oversaw the construction of the 30 residential apartment units.  This project encompassed over 300 permits and hundreds of workers on a daily basis.  KG completed this project on time and on budget with a project team of 3 Full time and 2 part time administrators.  We are proud to have been a part of such an iconic development project.
