KG was involved in both the pre-construction planning and construction of a new 10,000 Sf. Showroom and repair facility for Offshore Marine.  This building incorporates a highly efficient concrete sandwich tilt up wall system which is functional, economical, and aesthetically pleasing.  The interior finishes are austere yet elegant, allowing the customer to focus on the products offered by Offshore Marine while enjoying a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.  KG self-performed most of the work, including concrete foundation, concrete walls, timber framing, metal roofing, interior woodworking and railings.   

This project will be completed in July 2023.
